字段	类型	说明
tier	string	方案级别名称。
dailyQuota	integer	每个账户每个香港历日的方案请求数目。
ratePerMinute	integer	每条 API 密钥每分钟的请求上限，方案及免费赛程请求均受限制。
maxKeys	integer	每个账户限一条未撤销 API 密钥；已过期密钥仍占名额，须先撤销。
maxAllowlistEntriesPerKey	integer	每条金钥可设定的 IP 允许清单项目数。
freeMatchesDailyQuota	integer	此方案每个账户每日（香港时间）的免费赛程额度（GET /v1/football/matches），会先于方案额度使用。
features	TierFeaturesDto可能省略	此方案实际享有的功能权限。
